Business Analyst (Top Secret/SCI Clearance)

Who will I be working with? In support of Inflow's contract with the Government, you will be working alongside Government civilians and other Government contractors and instructors.

What level Clearance do I need? You must possess an active Top Secret / SCI clearance.

What will I be doing? Using your expertise in business analysis, you will be using data to form business insights and recommend changes, and refine project requests by collaborating with project requestors, stakeholders, and project managers to clarify business needs and objectives. You will be supporting offices and programs that support the mission of providing timely, relevant, and accurate geospatial-intelligence in support of national security. In addition, you will:

Identify issues and effectives ways to boost organizational efficiency

Use data analytics to derive logical conclusions and forecasts from implementing strategies that can improve performance.

Provide expert advice and assistance with strategic planning, policy, and business analysis required to establish needed office structure(s) and create appropriate documentation.

Develop and/or edit, including formatting, briefings and meeting minutes for SI infrastructure board

Provide customer service, representational and written communication skills

Assist with records management processes for office documents and files

Assist with completion of written reports, office staff packages, support agreements, presentations, or other artifacts required by the Government

Other duties as assigned

What experience, training, and education do I need?

You must meet the minimum requirements:

Active Top Secret / SCI clearance

At least 8 years of total experience, with 6 years of specialized experience

Note: Academic degrees may be substituted for years of experience (2 years of school = 1 year of experience)

Experience providing customer service

Experience in presenting oral and written communications

Experience in standard business application software for presentations, word processing, and SharePoint-based websites

Experience with PC platforms such as Microsoft Office Suite

Experience collaborating, sharing knowledge, and working as a team member

Experience using Microsoft Teams and SharePoint for communication, collaboration, and document management
