Business Analyst / Support

Octal Philippines Inc. is looking for a dedicated Business Analyst / Support professional to enhance our team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for both analyzing business requirements and providing support to our systems and users. Your key responsibilities will include conducting detailed business analyses, documenting workflows, and assisting in system enhancements. Additionally, you will support users by addressing their concerns and providing them with the necessary training and resources to effectively utilize our systems.

Requirements:
• Should be able to directly interact with clients and different groups to understand system issues, system requirements, etc.
• Should be able to monitor/track the resolution and next steps/actions needed on issues and concerns raised by client
• Knowledge of any service or helpdesk management system is a plus
• Should be able to conduct information gathering to help identify areas in which the system can improve on and perform effectively and efficiently
• Experience with technical writing especially documenting process flow diagrams, business requirements documents, problems and solutions for customers and other support personnel, creating user’s manual
