We zijn op zoek naar een Digital / IT Stagiair(e) die onze Digital Transformation ondersteunt en helpt bij het verbeteren van de tools die onze organisatie draaiende houden. In deze rol doe je hands-on ervaring op met belangrijke digitale platforms zoals ons Vendor Portal, Order Management systeem en de B2B shop. Je werkt mee aan verschillende werkzaamheden, van het ophalen van requirements en ondersteunen bij testen tot het maken van documentatie en het verbeteren van processen. Je werkt nauw samen met de Product Owner Digital en de Head of Digital Transformation & IT, en hebt contact met verschillende teams binnen de organisatie.

Deze stage biedt een unieke kans om in het hart van een consumer goods organisatie te werken, waar je meewerkt aan digitale tools die essentieel zijn voor operations en sales. Tegelijk ontwikkel je belangrijke vaardigheden zoals business analyse, projectmanagement en product thinking in een dynamische werkomgeving.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

• Ondersteunen bij het ophalen van requirements voor digitale tools zoals het Vendor Portal, Order Management systeem en de B2B shop

• Uitvoeren van desk research, bijvoorbeeld naar concurrenten, tools en digitale ontwikkelingen

• Meewerken aan het testen van nieuwe features, verbeteringen en lopende projecten

• Opstellen en onderhouden van documentatie en trainingsmateriaal voor interne tools

• Opvolgen van openstaande tickets en zorgen dat benodigde informatie wordt verzameld

• Ondersteunen bij het registreren en oplossen van bugs in systemen

• Meewerken aan het opzetten, beheren en verbeteren van tools zoals Jira en Notion

• Ondersteunen bij teamoverleggen, rapportages en projectcoördinatie

• Samenwerken met verschillende teams om digitale processen en tools te verbeteren
