BA will help gather BRD's and FSD's for various lines of business and streamline communication between business groups and technology teams.

The ideal candidate will be considered an expert in providing strategic business solutions to enterprise-wide technology initiatives, concepts and complex projects.

Act as a liaison between business and technology leaders while spearheading communication and project alignment.

Be a high-level internal consultant within technology and business groups by re-engineering technical processes for greatest efficiencies with impact to the business.

Banking experience is a mandate.

Requirements:
Strong knowledge and experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodology.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ability to function at a high level and take ownership of projects and processes.

Ability to manage multiple projects and teams with little guidance.
