We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. The candidate will analyze business requirements, design Salesforce-based solutions, and support implementation to improve business efficiency and processes. Salesforce Business Analysts typically gather requirements, analyze workflows, and translate business needs into Salesforce solutions that drive operational improvements.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
• Collect and interpret business requirements from various stakeholders.
• Convert business needs into effective Salesforce functionalities.
• Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and user stories.
• Collaborate closely with Salesforce developers and administrators to deliver solutions.
• Perform gap analyses and suggest enhancements to existing processes.
• Develop workflows, dashboards, and reports within the Salesforce platform.
• Engage in system configuration, testing, and deployment tasks.
• Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination and verify business requirements are met.
• Keep documentation up to date and aligned with business goals.
• Offer training and ongoing support to end users.
• Remain informed about the latest Salesforce features and best practices.
