ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

We are currently seeking a Senior Consultant to support and drive the growth of our Wealth and Private Management practice. This is an exciting opportunity to be a leader, in a growing team of experienced consultants, where you will have the opportunity to deepen and expand your expertise within the WPM, supporting large‑scale change initiatives for leading global banks and financial services.

This project is with a leading bank as a Business Analyst for Finance Regulatory Reporting Transformation

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead end‑to‑end regulatory reporting initiatives across APAC, partnering with business, technology, data, and support teams.

• Analyse and document business and regulatory requirements, translating them into clear functional specifications and delivery scope.

• Support project planning and governance by managing milestones, risks, dependencies, and reporting status to stakeholders.

• Coordinate report development, data sourcing, testing cycles (SIT/UAT), platform enhancements, and production releases.

• Act as a primary stakeholder interface, ensuring effective communication, issue escalation, and alignment with regulatory and business priorities.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation and facilitate workshops, working sessions, and steering discussions throughout the delivery lifecycle.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• At least 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst delivering regulatory or financial reporting initiatives within banking or financial services.

• Strong knowledge of regulatory reporting domains such as Interest Rate Risk (IRR), capital, liquidity, or risk reporting.

• Proven experience working across cross‑functional teams including business, IT, data, compliance, and operations.

• Solid understanding of regulatory reporting platforms, end‑to‑end data flows, and reporting controls in multi‑regional environments.

• Hands‑on experience with SDLC, change management, and Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery models.

• Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills, with strong governance and issue‑resolution capabilities.
