Required Skills:

• Experience as a product owner in an agile environment
• Business process analysis, requirements development, training material development and documentation
• Experience using Team Foundation Server (TFS) for Agile development
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint
• Planning and management skills, including scope estimating, budgeting and resource allocation procedures
• Positive interpersonal skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to explain business processes to IT users and IT applications to business users
• Excellent organizational and presentation skills
• Proven experience analyzing program requirements made up of multiple projects
• Proven experience writing clear and concise documentation
