We are looking for a Business Analyst / QA with strong analytical skills and a critical mindset to join a demanding technology environment, with direct involvement in functional analysis, product follow-up, and quality validation of delivered solutions. This role is ideal for someone seeking autonomy, close interaction with the business, and clear growth potential into a Product Owner position, taking on an increasingly strategic role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Support product definition, prioritization, and ongoing evolution.
• Perform functional testing, manual and/or automated, ensuring delivery quality.
• Validate features, identify issues, and follow up on corrections.
• Support continuous improvement and functional optimization processes.
• Collaborate in a product-driven environment, with potential progression into a Product Owner role.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, QA, or in a similar role.
• Experience in functional analysis and product lifecycle support.
• Experience performing functional testing (manual and/or automated).
• Ability to define and validate requirements, test cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Familiarity with requirements, testing, or product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, or similar).
• High level of autonomy and ownership.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Clear communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to challenge, validate, and propose improvements constructively.
• Workplace type: Hybrid (max. of 3 times per week in the office).
