Key Responsibilities
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements (BRD, FRD, SRS).
• Conduct stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement elicitation sessions.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
• Perform gap analysis and impact analysis.
• Coordinate with QA for UAT planning and validation.
• Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation plans.
• Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and review meetings (Agile/Scrum).
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure projects are delivered within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Monitor team performance and drive accountability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 3–4 years of experience in Business Analysis and/or Project Management.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Trello, MS Project, etc.).
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of technical concepts (APIs, databases, system integrations preferred).
