Business Analyst - Pricing / Sales and Ops (f/m/x)

• Work closely with our Pricing or Sales & Ops stakeholders to understand their objectives, challenges, and decision-making needs.

• Act as a trusted partner by asking the right questions, clarifying goals, and ensuring alignment with business priorities, not just delivering data.

• Deliver reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses that provide actionable insights and support pricing strategy.

• Challenge assumptions and guide stakeholders by combining data with business context to recommend the most relevant KPIs and solutions.

• Manage and prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment, balancing speed and accuracy. Ensure data clarity, consistency, and reliability, so that decisions are based on solid insights.

• 3+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, business analysis, or similar roles.

• Strong business acumen: you are curious and genuinely interested in understanding how our company and the pricing environment operate. For you, building a report or maintaining a data pipeline is not the final goal — it’s simply a way to secure reliable data that enables meaningful analysis and better business decisions.

• Excellent analytical skills with great attention to detail and the ability to spot inconsistencies or risks in data.

• Solid knowledge of SQL and Tableau (or similar BI tools); experience with dbt is a plus.

• Strong communication skills: you can explain insights clearly, adapt your message to your audience, and work with stakeholders to find the right conclusion.

• Ability to thrive under pressure, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

• A proactive, problem-solving mindset: you don’t just deliver numbers, you deliver answers and recommendations.
