Business Analyst - eLIMS-NG Program (Nantes - France)

As a Business Analyst in the eLIMS-NG Program, you will work with international teams to shape and improve global laboratory solutions used worldwide. You will act as the bridge between Business and IT, helping transform business needs into scalable and user-friendly solutions.
You will be joining our team in Nantes, working closely with colleagues on-site and in a hybrid international setup.
Your responsibilities:
• Collaborate with business and technical teams across different regions
• Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into clear requirements
• Support the evolution and optimization of business processes
• Work closely with Product Owners, Functional Analysts, and Architects
• Contribute to product roadmap and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations and user needs

Ideally, you hold a Master’s degree in a Scientific, IT, or Engineering discipline and bring 3–5 years of experience as an Agile Business Analyst or Product Owner.
You have strong experience in business process modelling, excellent communication and facilitation skills, and a proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional and multicultural teams.
You are comfortable working in an international setting, writing clear and structured functional documentation, and managing priorities in a dynamic environment. You communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken, in a clear and professional manner.
We are looking for someone who is autonomous, well-organised, and results-oriented, with the ability to clearly summarise and explain complex topics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
