Role: Business Analyst – Murex

Job Description

• Work with end users in gathering business requirements from end users in Singapore and Malaysia.

• Assist in designing, planning and implementing the Murex MLC solution, working with the vendor and internal IT teams.

• Prepare data test plans including risks, milestones, and dependencies.

• Manage assigned risks and monitor potential impacts as part of the project plan.

• Develop best practice, processes, and standards for effectively carrying out data migration activities.

• Work with different IT teams across infrastructure and other divisions.

• Build a strong relationship and manage expectations with users and stake holders.

Key Requirements

 Fundamental Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience working in the financial industry with relevant experience in

business analysis and project implementation

• Experience with payment, Settlement and regulatory system.

• Experience with regulatory reporting in the Asia Pacific region.

• Experience in managing a mid-sized team.

• Ability to face off to senior stake holders across stream.

• Experience in managing and delivery of trading platforms for Treasury products on a global

• scale, integrated within the organizations treasury product systems.

• Strong team player with excellent communication & inter-personal skills.

• Strong problem solver who can question and understand proposed solutions and business drivers.

• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

• Experience working with MUREX, Calypso & WSS

• Strong technical background

• Strong understanding of any of the following asset classes -Interest Rates, Commodities and FX derivative products.
