Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the mobile money space.
• Collaborate with product teams to design and improve features of our mobile money services.
• Develop data-driven insights and recommendations to support business strategy and decision-making.
• Create comprehensive documentation, including user stories, process flows, and use cases.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Support training and communication efforts for internal and external stakeholders regarding new features and processes.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in mobile financial services or fintech.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
• Understanding of mobile payment systems and the financial services landscape.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is a plus.
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification is an advantage.
