Requisitos indispensables

• Profesionales de Ing. de Sistemas, Informática, Industrial, Administración o afines con +3 años de experiencia como Analista de Negocio o Analista Funcional en entornos ágiles.

• Experiencia en productos digitales, preferentemente en sectores como banca, seguros o retail.

• Conocimiento de herramientas colaborativas como Confluence, Jira, Miro o Figma.

• Capacidad de análisis de datos utilizando Excel (dominio intermedio - tablas dinámicas) y conocimiento básico de SQL.

• Conocimiento de metodologías ágiles: Scrum, Kanban.

• Conocimiento en diseño de procesos: BPMN, diagramas de flujo.

• Conocimiento deseable de producto: roadmap, backlog, priorización.

• Capacidad analítica, organización y orientación a resultados.

• Buenas habilidades de comunicación y trabajo colaborativo con stakeholders técnicos y de negocio.
