Everbright Health is a healthcare venture focused on transforming specialty practices. Backed by W Health Ventures, we’re building an MSO platform that helps clinicians grow without adding operational burden. We’re starting in Interventional Psychiatry.
About the Role:
This is one of our first hires for our Go-To-Market function in India. You’ll work directly with the founding team to support market research, strategic analysis, and GTM execution across functions. This is a high-growth opportunity for early-career professionals looking to build depth and breadth in strategy and operations, with direct exposure to healthcare innovation and venture building.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Intelligence
• Conduct market, customer, and competitor research
• Track trends, consolidate insights, and share updates across the org
• Maintain a central knowledge base
2. Strategic Analysis
• Develop financial and operational models
• Translate research into decision-ready recommendations
• Assist in preparing strategy memos and investor materials
3. Growth Support
• Analyze new markets, partners, and services
• Contribute to marketing and sales materials
• Support core ops: presentations, reporting, project tracking
Qualifications:
• 1–3 years in consulting, business strategy, operations, or research
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and data tools
• Preferred: Tier 1 undergraduate or postgraduate background
