Would you like to advise renowned banks and financial service providers on the design of customised software solutions and act as the interface between our customers and our software development team?

Then we are looking for you to join our hybrid model at our locations in Aachen, Düsseldorf and Frankfurt as a Senior Business Analyst (m/f/d).

Your job – Your passion:
• Elicit, analyze, and prioritize requirements with stakeholders, ensuring clarity for development (user stories, use cases)
• Drive requirements analysis and functional support for internal product integration and at client sites
• Plan and lead workshops, interviews, and analysis sessions with clients and stakeholders
• Develop process flows, data models, and functional concepts to support solution design
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and testers to clarify requirements and ensure feasibility during implementation
• Support functional validation and user acceptance testing to secure quality delivery
• Act as a bridge between clients, product management, and technical teams

Your profile – Your strengths:
• Degree in business administration, economics, computer science, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or in a similar role (ideally within financial services or consulting) with at least 5 years of professional experience
• Knowledge of or strong interest in wealth management, investment processes (e.g. advisory) and related regulatory frameworks (e.g. MiFID II, ESG)
• Familiarity with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and modern collaboration tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
• Technical affinity familiarity with SDLC, REST APIs data integration, and system architecture
• Very strong communication skills in English and ideally German
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style combined with an international team-oriented mindset
