• Collaborate with Product Development team to translate requirements into functional designs; help groom backlogs and support release scoping.
• Lead EU‑regional user acceptance testing (UAT), business sign‑off, and change management for new features and workflow updates.
Cross‑Functional Business Support, to:
• Partner with laboratory directors, technical leads, and product teams across the EU to harmonize chromatography data workflows.
• Facilitate workshops with subject matter experts (SMEs) to challenge assumptions, streamline workflows, and improve cross‑site alignment.

• Ensure processes, requirements, and software workflows comply with key EU laboratory frameworks, including: ISO/IEC 17025, EU Ecolabel testing requirements, and EU Member State national accreditation bodies operating under EA (European co‑operation for Accreditation)
• Support audit preparation, nonconformity resolution, CAPAs, and continuous improvement.
• Track corrective actions and measure system/process impact post‑deployment.
Data, Reporting & Financial Insight, to:

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and operational reviews with EU‑specific actionable insights.
• Validate product requirements with data, quantify product value, and measure outcomes.
