Business Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team supporting tooling used by legal specialists. This role will ensure proper alignment between business needs and technical solutions. The Business Analyst will gather and analyze stakeholder requirements, document processes, define clear user stories, and work with delivery teams to ensure delivered solutions meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities

•
Requirement Translation: Partner directly with users to translate user goals and needs into requirements for the delivery team.

•
Documentation: Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process maps.

•
Backlog Management: Help prioritize the backlog and define release scope in collaboration with the Product Manager.

•
Quality Assurance: Work with the team to create test cases, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validate deliveries.

•
Process Mapping: Map processes and perform impact analysis for changes and integrations.

•
Traceability & Guides: Maintain requirements traceability, user guides, and release notes.

•
Feedback Loops: Monitor feature adoption and gather feedback for continuous improvements.

•
Workflow Optimization: Support process improvements by identifying workflow gaps and recommending solutions.

•
Compliance & Privacy: Ensure sensitive information is handled securely and in compliance with company privacy policies.

•
Strategic Input: Document user needs to contribute to system improvements by partnering with the Product Manager on future requirements.

About You

Qualifications & Skills

•
Experience: 8+ years of experience in business analysis or a relevant field.

•
Problem Solving: Strong skills with the ability to identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement.

•
Organization: Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.

•
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to bridge the gap between business and engineering.

•
Time Management: Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

•
Confidentiality: Experience working with sensitive or confidential information is a plus.

•
Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with legal processes, privacy, or compliance regulations is preferred but not required.
