Business Analyst – IT Tender & Proposal Documentation Focus

Polygon Technology is looking for a Business Analyst with strong experience in IT Tender and Proposal Documentation. This role is ideal for someone with 1+ years of hands on experience in preparing technical and financial proposals, responding to RFPs and RFQs, and structuring detailed documentation for public and private sector projects.

The ideal candidate should be analytical, detail oriented, and capable of translating business and technical requirements into well structured, compliant, and compelling tender submissions. You will work closely with Sales, Technical, and Management teams to develop high quality proposals aligned with client expectations and organizational strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare end to end tender and proposal documentation including RFP, RFQ, EOI responses and technical submissions.
• Analyze tender requirements, eligibility criteria, and compliance matrices to ensure accurate and complete responses.
• Develop structured documents such as technical proposals, financial proposals, methodology documents, implementation plans, and compliance checklists.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Sales teams to gather technical inputs and solution architecture details.
• Conduct market research to align proposals with industry standards and competitive positioning.
• Maintain a repository of reusable proposal content, case studies, and templates.
• Track submission timelines, coordinate documentation approvals, and ensure on time delivery.
• Support client presentations and clarifications during the bid evaluation process.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of hands on experience in Tender Management, Proposal Writing, or Business Analysis in an IT or tech company.
• Strong understanding of government and corporate tender processes.
• Proven experience in preparing technical documentation including SOW, compliance sheets, project plans, and solution briefs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bengali.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with documentation tools, spreadsheets, and collaboration platforms such as Google Workspace, Notion, or Microsoft Office Suite.
