Bij Gerimedica ontwikkelen we geavanceerde softwareoplossingen die zorgprofessionals ondersteunen bij het leveren van de best mogelijke zorg. Ons vlaggenschip, Ysis, is een toonaangevend EPD dat dagelijks wordt gebruikt door meer dan 50% van de zorgverleners in de ouderenzorg, geestelijke gezondheidszorg en gehandicaptenzorg. Naarmate Ysis groeit en evolueert, investeren we fors in interoperabiliteit om uiteenlopende zorgsystemen landelijk te verbinden en de gegevensstroom van patiënten te verbeteren.

We zijn op zoek naar een gedreven Business Analist met een focus op interoperabiliteit om ons team te versterken. Je werkt nauw samen met onze PO en ontwikkelaars om complexe zorgstandaarden zoals FHIR en HL7 te vertalen naar bruikbare business epics en user stories, werkt rechtstreeks samen met klanten en externe leveranciers en speelt een sleutelrol in het verder ontwikkelen van Gerimedica's roadmap voor interoperabiliteit.

Wat ga je doen?

• Sluit je aan bij een hecht en ambitieus interoperabiliteit team dat zich toelegt op het verbinden van Nederlandse zorgaanbieders.

• Ondersteun het ontwikkelteam door zorgprocessen, wetgeving en technische standaarden grondig te analyseren.

• Vertaal de behoeften van klanten en stakeholders naar gedetailleerde requirements, epics en user stories.

• Onderhoud proactief contact met externe partners zoals overheidsinstanties, zorgaanbieders en klanten.

• Beheer relaties en verwachtingen onder externe druk met tact en professionaliteit.

• Draag bij aan roadmap discussies en groei professioneel door naar de rol van Product Owner.

• Neem deel aan hackathons en workshops om innovatie en kennisdeling te versnellen.
