Business Analyst (Intermediate)

Responsibilities:

• Identify tasks, waste, and pain points;
• Identify and co lect details of data part of the compliance process;
• Model “to be” processes, detect and prioritise potential improvements and propose detailed business requirements;
• Model the data flows and draft the data model;
• Identify and co lect details on business requirements along the compliance workflow;
• Draft business requirements in form of user stories;
• Close interaction with relevant representatives;
• When required, facilitate the definition of functional and non-functional requirements;
• Support User Acceptance Testing activities;
• Ensuring that all activities and duties comply fully with regulatory requirements, including the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements:
• University studies in Business, Engineering or Information Science.

Mandatory requirements:

• Definition and optimisation of business process;
• Drafting recommendations and functional requirements;
• Practical Experience in Agile requirements management (defining Epics, User Stories, Backlog Management);
• Communication, agile approach, and change;
• Model process and identify pain points;
• Modeling data flows and data model;
• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.

Preferred skills:

• Experience with BPM tools, Jira.
