Business Analyst

Tasks:

• Contributes and drives continuous process improvement initiatives to meet business needs.

• Works closely with multiple stakeholders to gather, analyze and define current business processes and requirements.

• Translates business requirements into detailed functional specifications.

• Supports the Project Manager in delivering the project plan on time and on-budget.

• Ensures requirements and issues are tracked, reported, and resolved in a timely manner.

• Manages requirements governance, ensuring that they are updated, aligned and consistent at all levels.

• Effectively implements the communication plan, provides updates on status, risks, and issues to the stakeholder in a precise and timely manner.

• Works with users in their participation in testing, deployment and implementation activities.

• Advising Clients/Stakeholders and helping them choose optimal solutions that meet their requirements.

• Participates in work estimation activities.

• Ensures that the scope of the project is kept, as well as tracks and reports changes, if any

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Prior experience as an IT Business Analyst

• Problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skills

• Good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

• Adept in working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.

• Ability to work in a dynamic, changing environment and under time pressure.

• Experience in any project management methodologies

• Certification/s in Project Management is an advantage.

• Good command of written and spoken English

• Technical proficiency, including data analysis tools, understanding of software development processes, and knowledge of relevant technologies.
