Technical Business Analyst IAM Exp   6 9 Yrs Key Responsibilities     Requirements Elicitation Analysis Conduct in depth interviews workshops and brainstorming sessions with business stakeholders to elicit document and analyze functional and non functional requirements for IAM initiatives     Solution Design Documentation Translate complex business requirements into clear concise and actionable user stories use cases process flows and detailed functional specifications for IAM solutions e g authentication authorization provisioning access governance     Stakeholder Collaboration Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams facilitating effective communication and ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables     Process Improvement Analyze existing IAM processes identify areas for improvement and propose optimized workflows to enhance efficiency security and user experience     Testing Quality Assurance Support Collaborate with QA engineers to define test cases support user acceptance testing UAT and ensure developed solutions meet business requirements and quality standards     Roadmap Contribution Contribute to the definition and prioritization of the IAM product roadmap based on business value and technical feasibility     Change Management Support the development of training materials and communication plans to facilitate smooth adoption of new IAM systems and processes Skills Required Essential Technical Skills     Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management IAM principles and concepts     Authentication MFA Kerberos SAML OAuth LDAP Bind     User Provisioning Deprovisioning     Access Governance and Certification     Directory Services LDAP Active Directory Azure AD Entra ID     Experience with IAM technologies and platforms e g One Identity Microsoft Azure AD CyberArk etc     Proficiency in gathering and documenting software requirements User Stories Use Cases Process Flows Functional Specifications     Familiarity with Agile methodologies Scrum Kanban     Understanding of API concepts REST SOAP and integration patterns     Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and data privacy regulations GDPR CCPA etc     Experience with SQL for data querying and analysis Essential Soft Skills     Excellent analytical and problem solving skills     Exceptional communication written and verbal and interpersonal skills Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non technical stakeholders and vice versa     Strong stakeholder management and negotiation abilities     Proactive and self motivated with a strong sense of ownership     Detail oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality     Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment     Strong organizational and time management skills     Critical thinking and ability to challenge assumptions Desirable Skills Nice to Have     Experience with One Identity     Experience with scripting languages e g Python PowerShell for data analysis or automation     Experience in Telco industry Education and Experience   Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or a related field   7 years of experience as a Business Analyst with at least 3 years focused on software development projects in the Identity and Access Management domain
