Job Description

Buscamos un/a Analista Funcional con al menos 5 años de experiencia en posiciones similares, capaz de actuar como puente entre el negocio y el equipo técnico, con dominio en el descubrimiento, análisis y documentación de procesos As-Is / To-Be, y en la definición de requisitos funcionales para aplicaciones web y móviles.

🛠️ Responsabilidades clave

• Descubrimiento ágil de requerimientos funcionales (reglas de negocio, flujos, journeys, escenarios).

• Documentación de procesos en notación BPMN2 desde etapas tempranas.

• Elaboración de ERF, Historias de Usuario, diagramas UML, prototipos en Figma.

• Validación de levantamientos con cliente, asegurando cobertura funcional y técnica.

• Coordinación de pruebas funcionales, matriz de certificación y comunicación de VoBo.

• Redacción de manuales de usuario y documentación clara y estructurada.

• Moderación de sesiones funcionales con cliente en etapas comercial y de ejecución.

• Comunicación efectiva de cambios, versiones y definiciones al equipo técnico y de QA.

• Experiencia en Jira, Trello, Monday, Wrike o Notion.
