About The Role

We are seeking a driven Business Analyst to join our Data & Analytics function. You will help unlock insights from our transaction, marketing, traffic, and operational data to guide strategic and tactical decisions across the business. As a key team member, you will partner closely with stakeholders in marketing, operations, finance, and tech to turn data into business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• To work as a Business Analyst to gain in-depth understanding of business processes and define the use cases / user stories for applications.
• To develop highly available business reports, dashboards using excel/PowerBI/Tableau
• To report to the Platform owner and collaborate closely with business units and other IT teams
• Understand the requirements of stakeholders and map them with the data sources/data warehouse, perform business analysis and data queries using appropriate tools
• Work closely with internal stakeholders such as business teams, engineering teams, and partner teams and align them with respect to your focus area
• Execute analytical projects and understanding of analytical methods

Requirements:
Qualifications & Skills

• 2+ years of analytics experience in developing Power BI/Tableau dashboards
• Deep understanding of SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL), statistical & analytical methods
• Broad understanding of E-Commerce/D2C commerce space
• Demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast-paced environment
• Passionate about understanding customers and their behavior
• Able to translate business objectives into actionable analyses
