Business Analyst - D2C (f/m/d) Employment: Full-time 40 hours, unlimited, flexible working hours Direct supervisor: Director Data & AI Solutions Team: Data & AI Solutions Location: in our office in Düsseldorf or Hamburg, remote
Your mission:
D2C Insights & Analytics You develop and own D2C-specific dashboards, KPIs, and reports (e.g., conversion funnel, retention, AOV, CLV, ROAS, CAC), creating a solid foundation for data-driven decision-making in e-commerce Data Products & Modeling You design, develop, and maintain analytical data products for the D2C domain (e.g., customer cohorts, marketing performance and attribution analyses) in close collaboration with business stakeholders Attribution & Marketing Efficiency You analyze marketing channels and attribution models (e.g., first-/last-click, data-driven) and evaluate budget efficiency across all paid and organic touchpoints Customer Journey & Lifecycle Analytics You identify growth and optimization opportunities along the customer journey through segmentation, lifecycle analyses, and the evaluation of A/B tests Stakeholder Management & Consulting You work closely with D2C, marketing, and CRM teams and act as an analytical sparring partner, translating business questions into data-driven solutions Process Automation & Innovation You support the continuous improvement of D2C processes through automation and contribute new analytical ideas Data Quality & Documentation Together with Data Engineering, you ensure high data quality and document your analyses and insights clearly, tailored to the respective target audiences
Your profile:
You have successfully completed a degree in business administration, preferably with a focus on procurement and logistics, or possess a comparable qualification Ideally, you have two to four years of professional experience in a similar role You bring initial experience in inventory planning and forecasting techniques You are proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel You demonstrate strong analytical thinking and the ability to operate effectively within cross-functional organizational structures You are characterized by a high level of initiative, a strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and reliability You have business-fluent German and English skills You are a team player with strong communication skills and an outgoing, approachable manner You are highly motivated and eager to drive impact together with the team
