LET’S GET DOWN TO BUSINESS

We are looking for a Business Analyst in Credit Cards to join our Banking team.

You will be responsible for :

• Analyse and document business requirements related to credit card operations

• Identify business needs, trends, and competition

• Define product strategy

• Propose product & service improvements

• Develop business requirements and acceptance criteria

• Act as interface between the stakeholders and project management

• Bridge the business needs with IT

SHOW US WHAT YOU’VE GOT

It will be very useful if you have some or all of the following skills and experience:

Background :

• At least 5 years of experience in Cards

• Business analysis experience

Softskills & Knowledge:

• Knowledge of the banking industry, especially in Belgium (players, trends, etc.)

• Good ability to understand and communicate on complex business topics and the link with IT

• Able to communicate with senior management

• Analytical mind – conceptual thinking

• Negotiation and persuasion skills

• Structured approach

• Able to work independently

• Problem-solver

• Quality-minded and eye for detail

• Goal-oriented

• Open to change

• Team player
