Business Analyst

In order to meet the demands of our high growth business, we are looking for talented consultant to provide insights and solutions to our clients.

What you do at Inspire11

• Assist business sponsor to articulate the system capabilities they need to meet their business objectives

• Lead, define and document internal and external user interfaces, supports system and data requirement clarification and definition.

• Act as the liaison among internal stakeholders to analyze, document, communicate and validate business and system requirements for applications

• Work with the business sponsors, user class representatives and customer collaborators to define their participation and time for requirement elicitation process

• Write well-organized specifications employing standard templates for use cases and SRS.

• Ensure that requirements are documented and clear, complete, correct, feasible, necessary, traceable, unambiguous, and verifiable

• You have 3 to 5 years of experience leveraging relationships with colleagues, partners and clients to build thought leadership and conceptualize new offerings

• You have client facing experience and are comfortable in large group discussions

• You have a proven track record of managing complex information and translate into actionable assessments

• You are organized, detailed oriented, and can manage multiple projects at the same time

• You love working with data and have a keen interest in performing quantitate and qualitative analysis

• You have excellent communication skills

• You are comfortable working in fast paced environments, are able to wear many hats, and have a general fear of being bored

This role requires the willingness and ability to be onsite at the Inspire11 or client location depending on project needs to maximize in-person collaboration and build stronger relationships.

US Compensation at Inspire11

Inspire11 follows Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Equal Pay Act of 1963, the Illinois Human Rights Act, the Illinois Equal Wage Act, and the Illinois Equal Pay Act of 2003. We believe that people performing the same role at the same level, with similar levels of ability or experience, should be similarly compensated. We also believe that the most critical factors driving compensation should be an Eleven’s skill, experience, performance, responsibility, and effort. We may also consider an employee’s length of service, relevant education, training, or certification, and the requirements of a specific job. We may also consider whether the cost of living or competition for talent in specific markets requires adjustments in compensation for employees in those markets. Our goal is to fairly compensate all our Elevens based on these factors within the Company’s financial ability.

Compensation may be increased or decreased at Inspire11’s discretion based on an employee’s performance reviews, market conditions, and the Company’s financial performance. Inspire11 will always notify an employee in writing before any change is made to their compensation.
