Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst at COSMOTE Global Solutions, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between our business needs and the technology solutions we implement. Your responsibilities will include:

• Analysis of Business requirements.
• Documentation of Business requirements.
• Business model analysis.
• Business process analysis
• Business processes modelling.
• Functional requirements and business cases analysis.
• Risk analysis.
• Assistance in Business cases, Vision documents, Project Charters and Security Plans.

Requirements:
Mandatory Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree at a related field
At least 15 years of experience in IT

At least 5 years of expertise in Business Analysis.
Specific expertise with good knowledge of information systems matters.

Specific expertise with good knowledge of large organization administrative business processes.

Specific expertise with good knowledge of analysis and modelling tools and techniques (e.g., use case diagrams, state diagrams, entity relationship models, interaction diagrams).

Specific expertise with good knowledge of BPMN, UML, or other equivalent modelling standards.

Specific expertise with good knowledge of Wiki and collaborative sites.

Specific expertise with knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., RUP, Agile, Prince2, PM2).
At least 2 certifications of any of the above

▪ Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, excellent communicator.

▪ Capability of working in an international/ multicultural environment.

▪ Capability of integration in an international/multicultural environment, rapid self-starting

capability and experience in working in team;

▪ Ability to participate in multilingual meetings;

▪ Ability to work in multi-cultural environment, on multiple large projects;

▪ Excellent Team Player

▪ Ability to understand, speak and write English. French will be an advantage;

▪ High degree of discretion and integrity is required
