Business Analyst

Become a Business Analyst at COSMOTE Global Solutions and drive innovation through data-driven decision-making and effective communication between business units and technical teams.

• Analysis of business requirements, perform functional analysis, propose and document features
• Draft related documentation: business use cases, user stories
• Ensure alignment between the business needs and the proposed features, through documentation, presentations and workshops with the relevant stakeholders
• Risk and issue analysis, propose mitigation paths
• Interaction with other business analysts, architects, business owners, project manager, external development company

Requirements:
Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Deegree in Computer Science or a relevant IT field
• At least 17 years of specific expertise in IT development.
• At least 10 years of specific expertise in functional analysis, experience in the domain of the labour market is a plus.
• Structured methodology to draft and review business requirements, extensive experience of ensuring the alignment of deliverables with the initial business requirements.
• Extensive experience in release management, planning, daily follow-up, quality control, support of the Project Manager.
• Rapid self-starting capability.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong capacity in preparing and writing business analysis.
• Capability to speak to business and technical audiences.
• Strong capacity to give high-level presentations.
• Excellent critical thinker, by using logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions.
• Ability to apply high quality standards.
• Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, excellent communicator (oral and written presentations and reports). Ability to communicate with business representatives as well as IT development teams.
• Capability of integration in an international/multicultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in working in team;
• Ability to participate in multilingual meetings;
• Ability to work in multi-cultural environment, on multiple large projects;
• Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
