At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Business Analyst to join our UniQue team.
What will you be doing in this role?
• Analysis and documentation of Business requirements.
• Business model/process analysis.
• Business processes modelling.
• Functional requirements and business cases analysis.
• Risk analysis.
• Assistance in Business cases, Vision.
• Assist in the enforcement of project deadlines, schedules, and methodologies.
• Contribute to and review the project deliverables.
• Participation in meetings with the project teams.
• Contribute to any project support office activities (including contribution to planning, risk identification, issues, attending meetings, drafting minutes, quality checks of project deliverables, manage subprojects in the IT Portfolio etc.).
• Creation of stakeholder maps or similar.
• Creation of adoption dashboards and reports.
Requirements:
What will you be bringing to the team?
• Master's degree in IT with minimum 11 years of relevant experience (or Bachelor's degree and minimum of 15 years relevant experience).
• Experience of Agile methodology of projects.
• Experience in analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model, interaction diagrams etc.).
• Good knowledge of information systems matters.
• Good knowledge of large organisation administrative business processes.
• Good knowledge of BPMN or UML or other with equivalent value.
• Good knowledge of Wiki and collaborative sites.
• Experience with dealing with stakeholders and business representatives.
• Experience of working on large and complex IT projects.
• Knowledge of semantic interoperability.
• Proficiency in English at a B2 level.
