Responsibilities::
• Own, maintain, and enhance Anaplan models in a BAU context, while supporting business evolution and transformation initiatives.

• Run / BAU: Ensure stability, availability and performance of Anaplan models, Manage incidents, defects and users requests, Ensure data accuracy and calculation reliability, maintain functional and technical documentation.

• Delivery / Enhancements: Gather and challenge business requirements, write users stories and functional specifications.

• Design solutions in Anaplan (modeling, UX, data flows).

• Build or oversee developments, support test phases (UAT) and deployment.

• Governance & Coordination: Prioritize backlog with stakeholders, lead key ceremonies (reviews, committees, etc.), coordinate across teams(Business, IT, partners).

• Ensure adherence to Anaplan best practices (performance, design standards).

Qualifications::
• 4-8 years of experience with Anaplan or similar EPM solutions, Experience in both BAU and projects environments, Hybrid functional + technical background preferred

• Strong expertise in Anaplan modeling (certification is a plus)

• Solid understanding of FP&A / Finance / Planning processes

• Experience with data integration (ETL, APIs, etc.)

• Knowledge of modeling best practices (e.g. DISCO, performance optimization)

• Ability to challenge business stakeholders

• Structured and solution oriented mindset

• Clear communication (bridging business and technical teams)

• Strong autonomy and prioritization skills.
