Business Analyst – GTM Reporting & Analytics

• Our growing company is seeking a Business Analyst – GTM Reporting & Analytics to support Sales and Marketing through data-driven insights, dashboards, and executive reporting.

• This role is responsible for building and maintaining reports in Salesforce and related analytics tools, preparing leadership-ready presentations, and enabling data-backed decision-making across Go-To-Market functions.

• To be successful in this role, you should be comfortable working in fast-paced environments, managing tight deadlines, and translating complex data into clear, actionable insights. Strong analytical thinking, stakeholder communication, and advanced reporting skills are essential.

• A bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–4 years of experience in reporting, analytics, or GTM operations are required.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and maintain Sales & Marketing (GTM) dashboards and reports across Salesforce and other reporting platforms.

• Design, build, and optimize performance reporting for pipeline, bookings, revenue, conversion metrics, and campaign effectiveness.

• Prepare executive-level presentations and data summaries for leadership and stakeholder reviews.

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and leadership to define KPIs, metrics, and reporting standards.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across GTM reports.

• Translate business questions into clear analytical frameworks and reporting solutions.

• Support forecasting, trend analysis, and performance tracking initiatives.

• Document reporting logic, metric definitions, and dashboard methodologies.

• Proactively identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and automation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Reporting, Sales Operations, or GTM Analytics.

• Strong experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboards.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).

• Experience preparing management and executive presentations.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

• Comfortable working independently and collaborating across cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).

• Familiarity with GTM metrics such as pipeline coverage, win rates, CAC, ARR, and funnel conversion.

• Exposure to marketing analytics, campaign attribution, or RevOps processes.
