For more information, please visit: http://www.hp.com/fr What can we do together? HP’s global sales team manages the company's most strategic accounts, consisting of 230 top customers worldwide. This team, made up of over 60 senior account managers, is dedicated to delivering a superior customer experience that is consistent across the globe. You will work closely with the Sales Execution Manager, the Business Management Manager, and the Chief of Staff to strengthen this global ecosystem and support its governance. As a Business Analyst Apprentice, you will be involved in several key areas, including but not limited to: Monitoring various KPIs (e.g., customer satisfaction, delivery time) across the global organization. Your role will be crucial in coordinating action plans with different departments (Sales Operations, Supply Chain, Credit and Collections, Services, Marketing, etc.) to drive strategic growth for our top global accounts. Analyzing new business opportunities, such as new HP product segments or alliances with vendors offering complementary products. You will assess the performance of our strategies by monitoring each global account and driving process improvement initiatives (e.g., action follow-up, monitoring, reporting). Managing projects such as analytics for the Executive Sponsor programs. Who are you? Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Economics, Finance, Sales, Business Administration, or Information Systems. Fluent in English with a good command of French. Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail. Curious, organized, and proactive. Strong communication and presentation skills. Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros). Familiarity with MS Power BI is highly desirable. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with information systems and data manipulation. Why joining HP France?
