Business Analyst (Application Support)

Octal Philippines Inc. is seeking a dedicated Business Analyst - Support to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing client needs and resolving support-related issues while driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your focus will be on analyzing business processes, providing effective solutions, and enhancing user experience. Requirements:
• Should be able to directly interact with clients and different groups to understand system issues, system requirements, etc.
• Should be able to monitor/track the resolution and next steps/actions needed on issues and concerns raised by client
• Knowledge on any service or helpdesk management system is a plus
• Should be able to conduct information gathering to help identify areas in which the system can improve on and perform effectively and efficiently
• Experience with technical writing especially documenting process flow diagrams, business requirements documents, problems and solutions for customers and other support personnel, creating user’s manual
