Duties and Responsibilities:

· Evaluate and integrate business processes and systems across multiple brands and acquisitions.

· Craft and optimise SQL queries to pull and analyse data from ERP, ecommerce, and legacy systems.

· Develop advanced reports and dashboards using Excel (pivot tables, advanced functions, VBA/macros), Power BI and other Business Intelligence (BI) tools.

· Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, document, and validate process improvement and system integration requirements.

· Analyse sales trends, pricing, fulfilment, and vendor metrics - providing actionable insights across brands

· Participate in design, testing (including UAT), and implementation of system enhancements.

· Ensure data integrity, clean-ups, and documentation in consolidated environments.

· Present findings and recommendations to IT leadership and business stakeholders.

Requirements:
Must-have Skills / Qualification:

· Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

· Fluent English speaking, reading, and writing skills.

· Must be currently employed in a Business Analyst role.

· Must have stayed a minimum of three years with each previous employer.

· 2 years of experience as a Business/Data analyst in distribution, wholesale, supply chain, or related industries.

· Extensive experience designing dashboards using Excel, Power BI or other BI tools.

· Solid experience managing and administering databases like MS Access, MSSQL and MySQL.

· Experience working with programming languages such as C#, Python, and JavaScript.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Windows OS, and basic networking concepts.

· Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute (WPM) with 95% accuracy.

· Willingness to work the evening shift, starting between 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM Manila Time.

· A stable Fiber internet connection with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps (download and upload).
