About the role

• We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in Power BI and SQL.

• The ideal candidate will be proficient in designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards, with a focus on delivering actionable insights to Professional Servies Team.

• A bachelor's degree in a related field of study and 3+ years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Power BI reports, dashboards, visuals and data models.

• Develop and implement Power BI data models and DAX queries to support complex reporting needs.

• Design and optimize complex SQL queries.

• Optimize Power BI solutions for performance, scalability, and ease of use.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure accurate, effective data visualizations.

• Provide training and support to users for Power BI tools and reports.

• Create and manage reports on Salesforce.

• Preparing the Power point presentations for the weekly reviews.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Skill requirements (Must Have)

• Strong experience with Power BI (DAX, M-Language, Power Query, Data Modelling, RLS)

• Strong command over writing SQL queries, joins, stored procedures and performance optimization.

• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.

• Familiarity with Azure / Snowflake and their integration with Power BI

• Ability to translate business requirements into meaningful and visually compelling reports.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Exposure to tools like Salesforce, Excel and Google sheets.

Good To Have Skills

• Experience with Python, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
