Business Analysis Expert

At Quento, we empower our people to innovate and lead in delivering transformative ICT solutions to our clients worldwide. Quento Technologies seeks a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst Expert to perform business model and process analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Lead business requirements gathering and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and document business processes, KPIs, and requirements.
• Analyze current business processes and propose improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for IT solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Perform business model and process analysis.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure requirements are translated into successful solutions.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including requirements specifications and user stories.
• Manage product backlog, participate in iteration and release planning, and actively engage in agile ceremonies to support continuous delivery and improvement.
• Develop Requirements Management Plans and Traceability Matrixes to monitor and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring all requirements are met.
• Contribute to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate that the delivered solution meets the defined requirements and business objectives.
• Assist in training activities.
• Demonstrate product owner skills.
• Ensuring that all activities and duties comply fully with regulatory requirements, including the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements:
• University degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 9 years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
• Sound knowledge of business analysis methodologies and best practices, demonstrated by practical experience in IT projects.
• Experience in requirements development and management in software development projects during the whole software development life cycle.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with clients and project team members.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience and willingness to work in an international/multicultural environment.
• Excellent knowledge of English language (written and verbal).

Nice to have a relevant certification:

• PMI Professional in Business Analysis – PMI-PBA®, or
• IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional – CBAP®

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification is highly desirable.
