Ubicación: Todas las sedes Colombia (Bogotá, Medellín, Barranquilla, Ibagué, Cali, Bucaramanga y Armenia) Horario: Lunes a Viernes — 8:00 a.m. a 6:00 p.m. EST (Fines de semana libres) **Contrato: **Termino indefinido
Descripción del Rol Buscamos un/a Sales Development Representative (SDR) enérgico, proactivo y orientado a resultados para generar oportunidades calificadas para el equipo de ventas. Serás responsable de identificar, investigar y contactar nuevos prospectos, convirtiéndolos en demos agendadas para los Account Executives. Si te apasionan las ventas, disfrutas del outreach en frío y quieres crecer hacia un rol de cierre, esta oportunidad es para ti.
Responsabilidades
• Prospectar negocios como collision centers, glass shops y calibration companies en territorios asignados.
• Realizar outbound calls, emails y prospección en LinkedIn para generar oportunidades.
• Agendar demos calificadas para los AEs.
• Mantener información precisa y ordenada en el CRM y registrar actividad diaria.
• Trabajar junto al equipo de marketing en campañas y estrategias de generación de leads.
• Cumplir y superar metas semanales/mensuales de actividad y generación de pipeline.
