Summary
The position is responsible for maintaining facilities and equipment in an efficient manner to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff in adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
Coordinates maintenance needs with Site Program Directors and other staff.
Complete weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual site checks.
Respond to repair requests in a timely manner.
Schedules, and obtains bids.
Communicates with contractors.
Monitors and updates maintenance department project tracker.
Maintain library of user manuals for furniture, appliances and equipment.
Perform routine cleaning tasks.
Assists in maintaining parking, sidewalks, lawn care and landscaping as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
At least two years' experience in maintenance or facility operations is required.
Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and maintain personal auto insurance coverage.
Current CPR and First Aid certifications are required.
Must have a current TB test or chest x-ray.
Knowledge of the requirements for providing services needed to clients.
Previous supervisory experience preferred.
Knowledge and understanding of HIPAA and CFR-42 client confidentiality regulations.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work well and quickly under pressure both individually and as part of a team.
Excellent project management skills to consistently meet deadlines.
Strong organizational skills with superior attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills
