Your new role :

The Building Services Engineer, in conjunction with the project team, develops high-level systems and strategies for Building services engineering and management. They represent the Company with respect to services including tender submissions and major project delivery and are responsible for the successful services management and sub-contractors on our major projects.

Being a principal company representative on the construction site, he/she ensures safety, quality, cost, and time requirements are adhered to throughout the duration of the contract, including the maintenance period that follows.

As a key member of the project team, the Building Services Engineer must lead by example, championing our ‘Inside the Box’ culture, providing day-to-day guidance on services to team members, whilst directly and indirectly contributing towards day-to-delivery, competitive strategy, and net margin target achievement.

Formal Qualifications :

3-4 years Applied/ Honours Degree

Skills Required :

Proficiency in designing, implementing, and managing building services systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection.

Effective communication with site managers, quantity surveyors, clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

Be confident, and a self-starter, with the ability to operate in a dynamic environment.

Be able to demonstrate good attention to detail, good judgment logical decision-making, and a hands-on approach.
