We are looking for a top-tier Building Maintenance Technician who takes pride in keeping properties running safely, efficiently, and looking their best. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who can troubleshoot, repair, and maintain building systems with confidence and care.

Location: Cambridge ON

Wage: $25 - $35 per hour

What You Will Be Doing:

Working from Heights experience is an asset (not required)

Basic plumbing maintenance

Toilet and faucet repair

Drain cleaning

Basic carpentry skills

Framing of simple walls

Drywall installation, mudding, taping, and repairs

Painting

Tile and carpet installation

Ability to safely use hand tools

Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional training

What You Bring to the Table:

Valid G Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract

High School Diploma or equivalent

Positive Teamwork Attitude
