Building on the success of our comprehensive Graduate Programme introduced in 2022, we offer an opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects across Ireland and Europe. This enables graduates to gain valuable technical experience during a crucial stage in their careers. Our programme is uniquely designed to develop skilled professionals with a deep understanding of all phases of large-scale construction projects, providing graduates with exposure to the complete construction process.

Responsibilities:

Your learning journey will span the entire lifecycle of a data centre project, from initial design and building shell construction through to internal fit-out, commissioning, and final handover. You will gain hands-on experience in both Construction and Project Management activities including:

• Develop, manage, and coordinate BIM models using Revit, Navisworks, and related platforms
• Support multidisciplinary coordination and clash detection processes
• Assist in implementing BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and project BIM standards
• Work closely with engineering, design, and construction teams to ensure model accuracy
• Extract model data, schedules, and quantities to support project delivery
• Contribute to continuous improvement of BIM workflows and digital tools

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, BIM, or a related discipline
• Strong working knowledge of Revit
• Familiarity with Navisworks and clash detection workflows
• Understanding of BIM standards, workflows, and coordination principles
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
