What You Will Do

We have an immediate opening for Part Time Budtenders (sorry, no full time positions available) at our San Francisco retail location. Budtenders are responsible for providing outstanding service to our customers and support the overall day-to-day operations of our retail dispensary.

• Provide exceptional customer service; offer positive resolutions to customer inquires

• Generate sales through interpersonal customer interaction and suggestive selling

• Prevent asset loss through proper zoning and floor awareness

• Effectively perform register transactions without errors or shortages

• Adhere to store visual directives, maintenance standards, and cleanliness standards

• Consistently exemplify a teamwork attitude with management and coworkers to improve personal and store performance

• Partner with management and coworkers concerning business issues and opportunities

• Comply with all company policies and procedures; follow all safety standards to ensure a safe work and shopping environment

What We Are Looking For

• Must be 21+ years old

• Work a schedule reflective of availability established at the time of hire, with the ability to increase/decrease hours based on business needs which may include weekends and/or holidays.

• must be available to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday

• flexibility to be scheduled within 24-48 hours notice

• Shift times vary between the hours of 8am - 10pm

Compensation

• Competitive pay starting at $20.00 per hour.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment

• Must be able to lift up to a maximum of 50 lbs. occasionally without assistance or 100 lbs. with assistance.

• Regularly required to perform carrying, grasping, lifting, walking, standing, some bending/crouching, stooping, stretching, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions.

• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time while maintaining focus.
