Description:

The Brokerage Success Manager is a critical operational leader overseeing day-to-day brokerage operations across all branch locations. Reporting to the VP, Brokerage Operations, you'll ensure operational excellence, standardized processes, and seamless alignment between head office and branches while managing and developing our Branch Admin team.  

 

What You'll Do

Lead Operations:  Implement new procedures, platforms, and systems; maintain documentation; manage third-party services and drive continuous operational improvement

Manage Facilities:  Oversee branch maintenance, vendor relationship and coordinate office openings, relocations and closures

Develop Your Team:  Train, mento and support Branch Administrators through regular meetings, comprehensive training programs and performance development

Enable Success:  Serve as the go-to resource for operational inquiries, manage onboarding/offboarding processes, and ensure branches have the tools and support needed to perform at their best

Drive Excellence:  Monitor operational KPIs identify improvement opportunities, and partner with cross-functional teams (Deals, Marketing, IT, Legal, HR) to deliver scalable solutions.

Talent Specs

Real estate experience considered an asset, with 3+ years of administrative or operational support experience

Minimum 3+ years of operational leadership experience, including oversight, coaching or support of administrative teams

Strong fluency in process implementation, compliance and operational structure

Ability to support consistent execution across teams from various locations

High systems and technology aptitude, with the ability to adapt quickly and support brokerage platforms and operational tools

Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy, consistency, and risk management

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to manage competing priorities and lead change
