We're looking for an experienced Broadband Support Specialist to join Rally Networks! The candidate must have excellent listening skills and be great with customers. Summary:
The Broadband Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical support to customers experiencing issues with their broadband internet service. This position requires a strong understanding of broadband technology, troubleshooting skills, and excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
Answer customer phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
Diagnose and troubleshoot broadband internet issues
Provide technical support to customers over the phone and via remote desktop
Escalate complex issues to senior support staff
Document customer interactions and support requests
Maintain a knowledge base of broadband technology and troubleshooting procedures
Stay up-to-date on the latest broadband technologies and trends
Participate in training and development opportunities
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (minimum)
1-2 years of experience in a technical support role
Strong understanding of broadband technology and troubleshooting
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Google Suite
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
