Broadband Deployment Supervisor (Nyssa, OR)

We are seeking an experienced broadband deployment Supervisor to join our Operations Team. The ideal team member will have experience in outside plant maintenance, central office telecom work, and fiber optic broadband projects. Responsibilities:

Oversee the broadband deployment installer/repairer team in the local area. supervises staff that Installs, maintains, and repairs broadband network, cable, subscriber carrier systems, terminal, protection device, and customer owned equipment.

May also diagnose and repair trouble in switching equipment, voice frequency repeaters, loop extenders and cable loading systems and other broadband equipment.

Typically installs drops, ONTs, splices fiber, and performs initial wiring or rewiring for new customers

Performs internal locating services for Rally Networks for required Missouri 811 tickets.

Manages day to day operations and supervises personnel in all the above mentioned responsibilities

Approves timesheets and ensures accuracy in all reporting and inventory needs. 

Communicates effectively with other leadership and follows directions of the Operations Manager.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred (minimum)

3-4 years of experience in an industry related role

Ability to think critically and problem solve

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency with Google Suite

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
