Ce que vous allez faire

Créer des moments positifs et mémorables pour chaque client qui franchit nos portes

Passer facilement d’un rôle à l’autre : héros de la réception, barista, barman, animateur, hôte (et tout ce qu’il y a entre les deux)

Travailler avec une grande flexibilité, y compris les services du matin, du soir et de nuit, 7 jours sur 7

Veiller à ce que le Front of House soit impeccable et le Back of House propre, rangé et bien organisé

Préparer les plats, réapprovisionner, réceptionner les livraisons et assurer le bon déroulement des opérations en coulisses

Gérer nos points de vente Food & Beverage à la manière Moxy : rapide, fun, convivial et de grande qualité

Accueillir les clients au petit-déjeuner, installer le buffet et veiller à ce qu’il reste frais et attractif

Gérer les stocks et passer les commandes auprès des fournisseurs F&B

Aider les clients et les résidents avec toutes leurs questions — aucune ne vous fait peur

Soutenir vos coéquipiers et suivre les directives des Crew Leaders

Respecter toutes les procédures en matière d’hygiène, de sécurité, de sûreté et de licences (on s’amuse, mais en toute sécurité)

Participer avec enthousiasme aux activités et animations clients — parce que l’ambiance, ça compte

Promouvoir la marque Moxy et le programme Marriott Bonvoy

Intervenir en premiers secours si vous êtes formé(e)

Et oui… assurer ponctuellement d’autres missions inhérentes au travail dans un hôtel dynamique

What you'll be doing

Create positive, memorable moments for every guest who walks through our doors

Switch effortlessly between roles: front desk hero, barista, bartender, greeter, host (and everything in between)

Work with full flexibility, including early, late and night shifts, 7 days a week

Keep Front of House picture‑perfect and Back of House spotless and organised

Prepare food, restock, take deliveries and keep operations running smoothly behind the scenes

Run our Food & Beverage outlets the Moxy way: fast, fun, friendly and high‑quality

Welcome guests during breakfast, set up the buffet and keep it looking fresh

Manage stock and place orders with F&B suppliers

Help guests and residents with any question they throw your way

Support your teammates and take direction from Crew Leaders

Follow all food, safety, security and licensing procedures (we play safe while having fun)

Jump into guest activities and activations — because vibes matter

Step in for first aid if trained
