Job Description

Next Generation Recruitment & Staffing is placing Breakfast Attendants at premier hotel properties in the Birmingham area. In this role you will be the first face guests see in the morning — responsible for delivering a warm, well-stocked, and smoothly run breakfast experience from setup through breakdown.

Responsibilities

Set up and break down the breakfast buffet area including hot and cold food stations

Replenish food, beverages, utensils, and condiments throughout service

Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner

Monitor cleanliness of the dining area and maintain sanitation standards

Remove dirty dishes and wipe down tables promptly

Follow all food safety and hotel brand standards

Communicate low inventory or guest concerns to supervisor

Requirements

Prior food service, hospitality, or customer-facing experience preferred

Ability to stand and move throughout shift (up to 5–6 hours)

Reliable, punctual, and able to work early morning hours consistently

Strong attention to detail and genuine guest service mentality

Food handler certification (or willingness to obtain before start)

Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
