For our team in Stuttgart, we are looking for a Fire Alarm Technician on a full-time basis.

Verantwortlichkeiten

Installieren und programmieren von Brandmeldeanlagen gemäß den Spezifikationen.

Durchführung von Inspektionen und Tests zur Sicherstellung der ordnungsgemäßen Funktion von Brandmeldeanlagen.

Identifizieren und Beheben von Problemen in Brandmeldeanlagen und deren schnelle Lösung.

Durchführung von Routinewartungen, einschließlich Überprüfung der Batterien und Reinigung der Detektoren.

Aktualisierung von Brandmeldeanlagen, um neuen technologischen und Sicherheitsstandards zu entsprechen.

Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Technikern, Elektrikern und Ingenieuren bei Installations- und Reparaturprojekten.

Schulung der Gebäudebewohner in Brandschutzverfahren und Erstellung von Berichten über durchgeführte Arbeiten.

Responsibilities

Install and program fire alarm systems according to specifications.

Conduct inspections and tests to ensure proper functioning of fire alarm systems.

Identify and troubleshoot problems in fire alarm systems and resolve them promptly.

Perform routine maintenance, including checking batteries and cleaning detectors.

Upgrade fire alarm systems to meet new technological and safety standards.

Collaborate with other technicians, electricians, and engineers on installation and repair projects.

Provide training on fire safety procedures and prepare reports on work performed.

Qualifikationen

Bevorzugt fließend in Deutsch und Englisch.

Erfahrung in der Installation, Wartung und Reparatur von Brandmeldesystemen.

Kenntnisse der lokalen, staatlichen und nationalen Brandschutzvorschriften.

Vertrautheit mit verschiedenen Herstellern von Brandmeldesystemen, wie Simplex und Notifier.

Fähigkeit, Baupläne, Schaltpläne und technische Handbücher zu lesen und zu interpretieren.

Hervorragende Problemlösungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.

Hohe Aufmerksamkeit für Details und Fähigkeit, selbstständig oder im Team zu arbeiten.

Qualifications

Fluent in German and English, preferred.

Experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing fire alarm systems.

Knowledge of local, state, and national fire safety codes and regulations.

Familiarity with various fire alarm system manufacturers, such as Simplex and Notifier.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
